The Morris Area Public Library is hosting a bus trip to Drury Lane in Oakbrook to see the musical “Seven Brides for Seven Brothers” on Thursday, October 21.

There is no better way to celebrate the holiday season than with a show featuring beautiful music, unbridled choreography, and a timeless story of love! Filled with abundant and rollicking energy reminiscent of the 1954 feature film, the stage version is an athletic explosion of musical theatre. Director Bill Jenkins is thrilled to be making his directorial debut at Drury Lane with this musical that is sure to be a delightful holiday journey for the entire family.

The bus will leave the library at 5:00 p.m. Please arrive at the library no later than 4:45 p.m. to sign in. Bus seating is limited to 47 people, so sign up early. Cost is $65.00 per person, due by August 21. No refunds will be issued following this date. Please sign up in person at the library or call (815) 942-6880.
