Part 1 of 2. AARP, in cooperation with the Morris Area Public Library, will be offering a driver safety course aimed at people ages 50 and over. The 8-hour course will be held over a period of two days on Thursday, November 5 and Friday, November 6 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m on both days. The course will review laws and driving techniques with an emphasis on how to compensate for the effects of getting older. In most cases, taking the course will get you a discount on your auto insurance. | ||

This one-and-a-half hour class covers the basics of computer use. Topics include turning the computer on/off; using the mouse; changing the date and time; customizing the background; searching for documents; saving, opening, and deleting files, and more. Registration is required for this program. A $5 refundable deposit is due within a week of registration. Class sizes are limited to 8 participants per session.
