February Movie Night: Argo

Feb 21 2013 6:00 pm

The Morris Area Public Library's movie night for February will take place on February 21 at 6:00 p.m.  We will be featuring the movie Argo starring Ben Affleck, Bryan Cranston, and John Goodman.

When militants seize control of the U.S. embassy in Tehran during the height of the Iranian Revolution, CIA agent Tony Mendez creates a fake Hollywood film production in order to rescue a group of American diplomats who have sought refuge at the home of a Canadian ambassador.  Argo was inspired by actual events.

This movie is rated R for language and some violent images.  Therefore, you must be at least 18 to register and attend.

This movie is free and open to all adults.  To register, please call 815-942-6880 or visit the library.  Refreshments will also be available.
